Job Description

The Projects Sales Engineer plays a pivotal role in the industrial engineering and automation sector, focusing on driving sales and managing projects effectively. This position requires a blend of technical knowledge and sales acumen to ensure that client needs are met while promoting the company's products and services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with clients, understanding their requirements, and providing tailored solutions that enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their project needs and requirements.
  2. Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals to clients, showcasing the benefits of the company's products.
  3. Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure that project specifications are met and solutions are feasible.
  4. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
  5. Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring that all deliverables are met on time.
  6. Provide ongoing support to clients post-sale, addressing any issues or concerns that may arise.
  7. Attend industry conferences and trade shows to promote the company's offerings and network with potential clients.
  8. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  9. Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
  10. Stay updated on industry advancements and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Experience in Building Management System, Low Current System & IT is a plus.
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients.
  3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  4. Proven problem-solving skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
  5. Technical background in industrial engineering or automation.
  6. Results-driven mindset with a passion for sales.
  7. Adaptability to changing market conditions and client needs.
  8. Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  9. Willingness to travel for client meetings and project oversight.
  10. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  11. Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
