Job Title: Senior Sales Engineer
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, business development, and client relationship management within the steel fabrication and/or pressure vessel industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the steel fabrication and pressure vessel markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
• Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and contracts in coordination with the technical and commercial teams.
• Negotiate terms and close sales deals effectively.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
• Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, production, and project management) to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of sales experience in the steel fabrication and/or pressure vessel industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of steel structures, pressure vessels, and related products.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to generate leads, develop business, and close deals.
