Responsibilities and Duties:


  1. Channel Development: Identify and establish new distribution channels to enhance product reach.
  2. Relationship Management: Foster and maintain relationships with key distributors and retail partners.
  3. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  4. Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
  5. Team Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve optimal performance levels.

Qualifications:

  3. Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and manage key accounts.
  4. Proficient in sales analytics and forecasting tools.
