The Sales Director will lead the sales department within a FMCG company, driving the strategy and execution to achieve company sales targets. This role is based in Jeddah and will involve overseeing the entire sales operations, from strategy development to team management.

Description
Develop and implement effective sales strategies, setting objectives to achieve the company's revenue growth targets.Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets.Negotiate and close agreements with large customers.Monitor and analyse performance metrics and suggest improvements.Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients' needs.Liaise with the marketing and product development departments to ensure brand consistency.Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board.
Profile
A successful Sales Director should have:
A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field.Proven work experience as a National sales manager or Sales Director.Experience managing a high-performance sales team.An ability to understand and analyse sales performance metrics.Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills.Strong communication and team management skills.Demonstrated ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
