Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and implement a sales strategy aligned with Quant’s vision and objectives.
  • Define sales targets, KPIs, and growth plans for the sales team.
  • Provide market insights to contribute to strategic planning and decision-making.
2. Revenue Growth and Business Development

  • Identify and establish relationships with all clients, including enterprise clients.
  • Expand Quant’s customer base by penetrating new markets.
  • Develop compelling sales kits and client proposals; and work with management to enhance product offering and pricing.
  • Negotiate and secure complex, high-value contracts to ensure profitability.
3. Sales Team Leadership

  • Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, sales excellence, and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor and evaluate team performance, ensuring alignment with objectives.
  • Build and maintain detailed financial model to optimize sales capacity planning, productivity, and compensation structures.
4. Market Intelligence and Innovation

  • Stay informed about industry trends, customer challenges, and competitor activities.
  • Engage with technology partners and ecosystem service providers to optimize our impact and reach in the region.
