Job Description

The Sales Director plays a pivotal role in driving the sales strategy and execution for our organization in the food service and beverage production industry. This position requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in sales management and a deep understanding of the market dynamics in Saudi Arabia. The Sales Director will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals, developing robust sales plans, and ensuring that sales targets are met or exceeded. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to foster relationships with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  4. Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the food and beverage sector.

  7. Conduct regular training sessions for the sales team to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
  8. Manage the sales budget and ensure effective allocation of resources.

  10. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
