Responsibilities:

• Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
• Ensuring the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
• Responding to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
• Help with offers and agreements 
• Attending sales meeting and taking the minutes 
• Answering customer inquiries / calls while the team are out of the office 
• Maintain customers profiles / data in Opera 

Requirements and skills:

• 2-years degree from an accredited university in Hotel Management
• 2-years in experience in Sales & Marketing preferably in a 5-Star Hotel.  
• Positive attitude 
• Good communication skills
• Committed to delivering a high level of customer service
• Excellent grooming standards
