Job Description
Initiate & execute sales & collection activities including presenting, securing & selling the products to the assigned customers or area along with collecting account receivables & ensuring delivery of financial targets.
- Assess customer needs & present suitable product.
- Provide product information & deliver product sample.
- Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from on field activity.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly sales and collection targets.
- Monitor stock & expiry status on regular basis & manage expiry return along with updating the information to promotion team.
- Ensure continues inclusion of the new product for existing customers as per the need.
- Plan & report weekly/monthly & yearly forecast.
- Establish and maintain potential relationships with current and new customers.
- Monitor and analyze data, market conditions & customer feedback to identify competitive advantage.
- Identify customers’ complaints & inquiries and resolve in an effective manner.
- Follow up and ensure timely collection of accounts receivables according to payment conditions.
- Anticipate bank deposit, credit note delivery and reconciliation.
- Evaluate prospective customers’ financial strength and likelihood of being reliable payers.
- Negotiate sales contract conditions in order to get successful and beneficial deals
- Cooperate and coordinate with promotion team specially in checking the creditably and limitations of the customers.
- Prepare a variety of status reports including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals.
- Participate in sales and cycle meeting.
- Continuously update customers' profiles.
- Stay up to date about customer’s category, classification & payment activities.
- Ensure confidentiality of all documents and information related to work.
Perform any other duties related to the job according to the business needs.
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1 - 2 years’ of experience in similar field.
