DAR Al Arkan is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Broker to join our dynamic real estate team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our residential and commercial properties, while providing exceptional service to our clients.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, identifying their real estate needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Market and promote residential and commercial properties to potential buyers and investors.
- Conduct property viewings and open houses, providing informative presentations on the features and benefits of the properties.
- Assist clients in the buying process, guiding them through negotiations and ensuring a smooth transaction.
- Stay updated on market trends and property values to provide clients with accurate and current information.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the company’s property portfolio, including features, prices, and availability.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, sales, and legal to facilitate property sales and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Prepare and present market analysis reports to management and clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
Skills
Essential Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate sales or brokerage.
- Proven track record of successful property sales and closing deals.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- In-depth knowledge of the real estate market in Saudi Arabia.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools for managing client interactions.
- Valid real estate license in Saudi Arabia is preferred.
Desired Experience:
Candidates with 3 to 8 years of experience in real estate brokerage, particularly within the residential segment, are encouraged to apply. Experience in luxury real estate sales is a plus.
