DAR Al Arkan is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Broker to join our dynamic real estate team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our residential and commercial properties, while providing exceptional service to our clients.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, identifying their real estate needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Market and promote residential and commercial properties to potential buyers and investors.
  • Conduct property viewings and open houses, providing informative presentations on the features and benefits of the properties.
  • Assist clients in the buying process, guiding them through negotiations and ensuring a smooth transaction.
  • Stay updated on market trends and property values to provide clients with accurate and current information.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the company’s property portfolio, including features, prices, and availability.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, sales, and legal to facilitate property sales and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Prepare and present market analysis reports to management and clients.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
