Industrial Complex, Riyadh
The center of alfanar’s industrial activities is alfanar Industrial Complex situated in the Third Industrial Zone on Al-Kharj Road, Riyadh.
Spread across 700,000 square meters, the Complex houses alfanar’s facilities.
The Complex has a comprehensive infrastructure including a data and communication center as well as a commercial zone.
Job Purpose
This position exists to perform handling the sales branch accounts and administrative issues efficiently, in timely manner and quality standards as per the defined policies and procedures to achieve departmental operational plans and developments.
Key Accountability Areas
- Issue invoices for the key account customers.
- Manage Key accounts reconciliation.
- Handle Key accounts receivables / payables (credit notes).
- Handling Retail department administration matters.
- Insert the collection voucher for Cash van on system.
- Allocating cash van sales invoices on the system.
- Handling STO (stock transfer order) for cash van.
- Submit inventory for cash van on weekly basis.
