Role Brief:

As a Sales Associate, you'll be instrumental in expanding our client’s user base by onboarding new table-service restaurants to innovative payment and sales solutions platform. You'll own the entire sales funnel and play a key role in transforming the dining experience for both customers and businesses.


What You'll Do:

  • Own Your Sales Funnel: Drive the entire sales cycle, from identifying key decision-makers and generating leads to closing deals and ensuring smooth onboarding.
  • Cultivate Relationships: Build and nurture strong relationships with restaurant owners, waiters, and managers, primarily through face-to-face interactions in Abu Dhabi.
  • Lead Generation & Team Management: Proactively generate your own leads and leverage the support of your SDR team to identify potential clients and arrange meetings.
  • Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze lead generation and sales reports to identify trends, improve sales processes, and optimize key metrics like conversion rates.
  • Seamless Onboarding: Collaborate closely with the onboarding team to ensure new restaurants are quickly and efficiently integrated onto the Qlub platform.
  • Account Management & Growth: Manage key accounts (10-20% of your time) to increase platform adoption, identify upselling opportunities, and foster long-term partnerships.
  • Strategic Insights: Contribute valuable insights and recommendations based on market trends and sales data to support management's strategic decision-making.
