Job Description
• Achieve sales targets set by the company. • Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service. • Display and arrange products attractively with proper labeling. • Guide customers toward additional products or services to boost sales. • Record invoices and handle point-of-sale transactions accurately. • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store. • Follow hygiene and appearance standards, including wearing gloves and masks when handling food. • Address and escalate customer concerns to management for resolution. • Ensure accurate product labeling and proper organization (FIFO method). • Check product expiration dates and report concerns promptly. • Assist with other tasks as required in the front-of-house (FOH), ensuring smooth operations and teamwork.
