Sales and Application Specialist – Radiometer

The
Sales and Application Specialist for Radiometer is responsible for the
growth and expansion of market share by driving
incremental sales and profit margins, managing
professional customer relationships, and delivering
clinical application support to ensure optimal utilization of our solutions. The role combines
technical expertise and sales acumen to drive
business strategy and customer satisfaction within the assigned accounts and territory/region.
This position is part of the
Sales Function, located in
Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and will be
working onsite. At Radiometer, our vision is to
improve global healthcare with reliable, fast, and easy patient diagnoses.
You will be a part of the
Central Sales Team and report to the
Sales Manager, Central, Eastern & Southern. If you are
proactive in identifying new opportunities,
technically adept in clinical applications,
adaptable in your approach to customer engagement, and able to maintain a
positive attitude and strong work ethic—read on.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Achieve
sales targets across assigned product lines, including
blood gas analyzers, POC immunoassay analyzers, transcutaneous monitors, and POC IT solutions. Provide
clinical application support to ensure customers are effectively utilizing Radiometer products for optimal outcomes. Develop and implement
sales and application strategies that drive growth, increase brand awareness, and strengthen relationships with
new and existing customers. Conduct
product demonstrations, training sessions, and application workshops to ensure customer proficiency. Negotiate prices and terms, prepare
sales agreements/contracts, and drive
competitive wins to grow market share. Work collaboratively with
Clinical Application, Service, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Logistics teams to deliver
customer excellence. Maintain accurate records using the
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, including
sales funnel, customer activities, and forecasts.
The essential requirements of the job include:
University degree in Laboratory Technology, Biomedical Technology, Health Science, Biochemistry, or an equivalent qualification.
3–5 years of experience in
Medical and POC devices/Diagnostic equipment sales and applications within hospitals/clinical laboratories, with a
proven track record of success. Proficiency in
Microsoft Office Tools and
CRM systems.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Supporting stakeholders from
Critical Care units such as
ICU/ER. Working with
government sales/tender businesses.
