Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team in the general materials supply industry. The primary responsibility of this role is to actively source and secure new potential clients to grow the customer base, increase sales volume, and achieve defined sales targets. The ideal candidate should be results-driven, fluent in English, and possess strong knowledge of B2B sales within the industrial or construction materials supply sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively identify, approach, and secure new potential clients to expand the company’s customer base.
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies that focus on revenue growth and market expansion.
- Consistently work to achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Prepare tailored sales presentations, proposals, and quotations based on client needs.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
- Coordinate internally with procurement, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth execution of orders.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the company.
- Maintain accurate client and sales records using CRM tools.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in B2B sales and marketing, ideally within the materials supply, construction, or industrial products sectors.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken) – a must.
- Strong ability to identify leads, convert them into clients, and close deals effectively.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving sales goals.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Preferred Attributes:
- Existing client base in relevant industries is an advantage.
- Multilingual capabilities (Arabic or regional languages are a plus).
- Familiarity with digital marketing and online lead generation tools is a bonus.
