Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and executing marketing strategies for our manufacturing and components distribution business. The ideal candidate will have a blend of technical expertise in the products we offer and the ability to communicate effectively with customers, understand their needs, and propose tailored solutions.
With 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing within a technical or engineering environment, you will contribute to business development, lead generation, and the expansion of our market share.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Support & Business Development:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers in the manufacturing and components distribution sectors.
- Identify and generate new sales opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, and networking.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions to help clients understand the value and application of our products.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Marketing Strategy & Execution:
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns to promote products and brand awareness.
- Support content creation for online and offline marketing materials, including brochures, technical datasheets, and website content.
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to develop actionable insights for marketing strategies.
- Coordinate marketing events such as trade shows, webinars, and product launches.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Act as a technical resource for customers, addressing inquiries and providing solutions to meet their specific needs.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by coordinating with internal teams for timely delivery and resolving any product-related issues.
- Follow up with customers post-sale to gather feedback and identify potential opportunities for future business.
- Product Knowledge & Technical Expertise:
- Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products, services, and applications.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and technological advancements to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
