Job Description

The Sales and Marketing Coordinator will focus on acquiring new clients to expand our customer base and optimize the use of our fleet. Additionally, the role involves managing existing client relationships, establishing partnerships with similar companies, and handling tasks such as social media marketing and collections.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively seek out and acquire new clients to ensure continuous utilization of our fleet.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to secure repeat business.
  • Establish partnerships with other transportation companies for subcontracting opportunities.
  • Create and manage advertising campaigns on social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and attract potential clients.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales prospects and business opportunities.
  • Assist with collection activities to ensure timely payments from clients.
  • Handle other related tasks to support the sales and marketing department.


Skills

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the transportation or logistics industry.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to acquire new clients and generate business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Familiarity with social media marketing and basic advertising strategies.
  • Ability to manage various responsibilities effectively.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
