Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our Install Base organization. The Sales Administrator will play a critical role in supporting our sales team by handling administrative tasks, managing sales documentation, processing orders, and assisting with customer communications. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with sales teams and customers to ensure smooth sales operations.


Responsibilities:


  1. Support the sales team by handling the administration of sales orders, quotations, and proposals, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
  2. Act as a point of contact for both internal teams and external customers, assisting with inquiries and providing relevant information.
  3. Assist in the preparation of sales reports, sales forecasting, and tracking of sales performance metrics.
  4. Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate customer and sales data, ensuring records are up to date and accessible.
  5. Collaborate with sales teams to prepare and manage contracts, purchase orders, and other sales-related documents.
  6. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including finance and logistics, to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery.
  7. Help manage customer databases, ensuring all contact information is accurate and complete.
  8. Provide administrative support to ensure that the sales team achieves its targets, by managing schedules, meetings, and follow-ups.
  9. Process customer orders, handle returns and exchanges, and assist with any administrative tasks related to the sales lifecycle.
  10. Assist in coordinating events, webinars, and other sales initiatives that drive customer engagement.
  11. Handle post-sales administrative tasks, including invoicing, tracking order status, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Skills and Qualifications:


  1. Proven experience as a Sales Administrator or in a similar sales support role.
  2. Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  4. Proficient with corporate productivity tools and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce or similar).
  5. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  6. Energetic, positive attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
  8. Ability to work well with cross-functional teams, including sales, finance, and customer support.
  9. Basic understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.
  10. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
