Sales Administrator
Responsibilities:
Assist the KAMs with order processing, quotations, demonstrations, and reference visits .
Handle customer inquiries, qualify leads and provide pre-sales support.
Coordinate with other departments, such as marketing to create a
Monitor sales performance metrics and provide insights to the sales team.
Organize and schedule sales meetings, appointments, and events.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies, power maps for key clients and for achieving sales targets.
Assist in the development and implementation of sales campaigns and promotions.
Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Support with the creation of report, dashboards.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a sales or customer service environment.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Knowledge of CRM software is a MUST.
Arabic speaking is a must
PowerBI knowledge is a plus
Healthcare IT experience is a plus
