Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Approved company fleet (Company, Demo, Loaner, Airport & Operating Lease Vehicles) process by arranging
  1. Arranging comprehensive insurance for company cars.
  2. Preparation of essential documents to registration.
  3. Follow up new car delivery as per its allocation against old vehicle and submit their acknowledgement in an appropriate form to Finance Department.
  4. Update user details in TAMM system by maintaining copies of user ID and Driving License with their Mobile numbers.
  5. Ensure to upload as used car stock all de-fleeted vehicles by coordination of Finance Department.
  6. Cancel the de-fleeted vehicles comprehensive insurance.
  7. Update all following required information in Autoline in order to make it available company fleet:
  • User Name & Title
  • Registration & Sequence Number
  • ID Number
  • Mobile Number
  • Department & Location
  • Kilo meter
  • Book Value


  • Receiving of NCB deals from branches and after confirming the proper documentation sending the original to NCB Bank and filing.
  • Dispatching and receiving of green stickers, registration cards, spare keys and registration plates for all company fleet via ARAMEX.
  • Arranging Company Fleet Maintenance in an appropriate form which duly approved by Sales planning & Administration Manager.
  • Keeping record of all insurance invoices for payments and credit notes in order to reconcile with finance department.
  • Keeping record/filing of company fleet of the Kingdom including spare key, original registration card & insurance certificate.
  • Ordering and maintaining day to day office of stationery.

·      Maintain proper filing in line with the BMW Standards.

·      Ensure to fulfill any kind of task which requested by your superior.

1.     Quality and assurance task:

 

·      To ensure the quality and integrity of the information emanating from the Sales Admin. Department.

·      Ensure to complete all task prior to principle dead line.

·      On time reporting both internally and externally.

·      Accuracy of all data.
