·Manage the full account lifecycle, from onboarding to contract
renewal, ensuring client satisfaction at every stage.
·Identify opportunities for account growth and upsell relevant
products or services to meet clients’ evolving needs.
·Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for each account,
providing regular reports and updates to clients.
·Conduct periodic account reviews and performance meetings to
