Job Description

Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a leading engineering software simulation company in Dammam, KSA, a prominent leader in engineering solutions that drive innovation in industries such as Aerospace & Defense and Oil & Gas.We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Account Manager to lead key client relationships and drive long-term value. This role requires a professional who can balance macro-level strategic insights with the ability to dive into details to deliver tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Account Management: Lead and manage a portfolio of high-value client accounts, ensuring alignment with their business objectives and driving long-term success.
- Client Relationship Building: Cultivate deep, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives, to establish yourself as a strategic advisor and go-to partner.
- Opportunity Identification & Growth: Proactively identify opportunities for account growth, innovation, and value creation, ensuring that the client’s evolving needs are met.

- Sales Presentations & Proposals: Develop clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers that represent maximum value to the customer and fair price for the company; ensure that proposals address customer’s key issues, needs, and requirements.
- Tailored Solutions Development: Collaborate with internal teams to design customized solutions that address client challenges and align with broader market dynamics.
- Market Insight & Trends: Stay informed about industry trends, market shifts, and competitor activity to anticipate client needs and position the company as a thought leader in the sector.
- Negotiation & Contract Management: Lead negotiations with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that drive revenue growth and long-term partnership sustainability.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, operations, and product teams to ensure seamless execution of client strategies and solutions.
- Performance Metrics & Reporting: Monitor account performance and provide regular, data-driven updates to senior leadership, highlighting successes, risks, and opportunities.



Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in technical, engineering, business, or a related field.

- Min 5 years of technical sales experience and familiarity with simulation software or related industries preferred.

- Proven experience in strategic sales and account management, with a focus on long-term relationship building.

- Willingness to travel up to 50% (regional).

- Fluency in English and Arabic.
- Strong ability to analyze and anticipate client needs and market trends.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage senior leadership.
- Ability to think strategically and deliver actionable results.
