Job SummaryMasterworks Company is seeking a results-driven Sales Account Manager to oversee client relationships and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will manage key accounts, develop long-term partnerships, and identify opportunities to deliver innovative IT solutions aligned with client needs.
Key Responsibilities - Account Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with assigned clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and escalations.
- Ensure client satisfaction by understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Sales Growth:
- Achieve assigned sales targets and objectives by upselling and cross-selling IT services and solutions.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations.
- Strategic Planning:
- Develop account plans to forecast and achieve revenue goals.
- Monitor account performance and provide regular reports to management.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Provide market insights and feedback to inform product and service development.
- Represent Masterworks at industry events, meetings, and conferences.
Key Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in account management, sales, or IT solutions sales.
- Strong understanding of IT services, software solutions, and digital transformation trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
- Fluent in English and Arabic (preferred).
