The Sales Engineer will be responsible for understanding customer needs, providing tailored solutions, and driving sales growth in the call center and customer care outsourcing industry. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate product benefits and ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our services.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets.
- Provide technical support and training to clients post-sale to ensure successful implementation of services.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver proposals and quotations to clients in a timely manner.
- Participate in trade shows and industry events to promote our services and network with potential clients.
- Gather feedback from clients to improve service offerings and customer experience.
- Assist in the development of marketing materials and sales tools to support the sales process.
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics to management.

- Technical background in engineering or related fields.
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the technology or outsourcing sector.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Strong negotiation skills and a results-oriented mindset.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and presentations.
