Responsibilities
- Oversee safety operations during turnaround and shutdown projects, ensuring compliance with all safety protocols and regulations.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify hazards and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and deliver safety training programs for personnel involved in turnaround and shutdown activities.
- Lead incident investigations, documenting findings and recommending preventive actions to enhance safety measures.
- Coordinate with project managers to ensure safety requirements are integrated into project plans.
- Monitor and report on safety performance metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Act as the main point of contact for safety-related inquiries and concerns during turnaround and shutdown operations.
