Job Description: Safety Officer


Location: Saudi Arabia

Salary: 1800 + 300 SAR

Duty Hours: 10 hours + Overtime

Benefits: Food Allowance, Accommodation, Transportation

Age Limit: 21 – 38 years


Requirements

Main Responsibilities:


  • Implement and monitor safety procedures and policies to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal safety regulations.
  • Develop and deliver safety training programs for employees to promote awareness and adherence to safety standards.
  • Investigate and report on incidents, accidents, and near misses, providing recommendations for corrective actions.
  • Maintain and update safety records, documentation, and reports.
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement emergency response plans.
  • Conduct safety audits and prepare reports for management review.
  • Monitor and enforce the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) among employees.
  • Promote a culture of safety through continuous improvement initiatives and safety campaigns.

Essential Qualifications:


  • Must possess a NEBOSH certification.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in India.
  • In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to conduct thorough investigations and generate detailed reports.
  • Proficiency in using safety management software and tools.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
