Job Description: Safety Officer
Location: Saudi Arabia
Salary: 1800 + 300 SAR
Duty Hours: 10 hours + Overtime

RequirementsMain Responsibilities:
- Implement and monitor safety procedures and policies to ensure a safe working environment.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal safety regulations.
- Develop and deliver safety training programs for employees to promote awareness and adherence to safety standards.
- Investigate and report on incidents, accidents, and near misses, providing recommendations for corrective actions.
- Maintain and update safety records, documentation, and reports.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement emergency response plans.
- Conduct safety audits and prepare reports for management review.
- Monitor and enforce the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) among employees.
- Promote a culture of safety through continuous improvement initiatives and safety campaigns.
Essential Qualifications:
- Must possess a NEBOSH certification.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in India.
- In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to conduct thorough investigations and generate detailed reports.
- Proficiency in using safety management software and tools.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
