Job Purpose:

What will your main responsibilities be:



Identify potential workplace hazards, assess risks, and conduct hazard assessments to ensure compliance with safety regulations. Assist in developing and delivering safety training materials, and facilitate communication on SHE (Safety, Health & Environment) policies and procedures to employees. Develop basic awareness of workplace psychological health and well-being Maintain records of safety inspections, incidents, and training sessions in the SHE Database. Review compliance with workplace OHS (Occupational Health & Safety) standards, including Unilever’s internal standards and NSW/AUS regulations. Help review, deploy, and assist with emergency response practices and plans. Review and verify the appropriateness of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), ensuring employees use the correct equipment for specific tasks. Develop basic awareness of workplace psychological health and well-being, Participate in key site projects, accident investigations, and scheduled safety inspections and audits.

What you need to succeed:



High level of attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work well in a team environment and contribute to group objectives. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders. Ability to identify issues and develop practical solutions. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects, ensuring timely delivery.

Experiences & Qualifications



Fresh Engineer graduate. Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Engineering (Chemical and Industrial). 4th year undergraduates, and recent Graduates up to 1 year of experience Good analytical skills, willingness to learn and strong aptitude for communication skills Ability to work collaboratively within a cross-functional team Ability to extract critical data and generate actionable insights Strong business acumen
