About the Role
We are looking for a service-driven and detail-oriented Room Service Manager to lead In-Room Dining operations at Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA at Triple Bay. Reporting to the Assistant Director of Food and Beverage, you will oversee the full in-room dining experience, ensuring timely, elegant, and personalized service that reflects Four Seasons’ luxury standards.
What You Will Do
Manage the day-to-day operations of In-Room Dining, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, overnight service, and private bar amenities.
Lead, train, and motivate the room service team to provide warm, efficient, and intuitive service.
Ensure all orders are prepared and delivered with accuracy, elegance, and timeliness.
Oversee scheduling, payroll, and inventory control for the In-Room Dining department.
Maintain a strong working relationship with the culinary team to ensure menu accuracy and guest satisfaction.
Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues with professionalism and care.
Uphold hygiene, safety, and grooming standards in accordance with company and local regulations.
Support pre-opening setup, team training, and SOP implementation.
What You Bring
A bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field.
A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in food and beverage service, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial in-room dining role, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort.
Strong leadership, organizational, and guest relations skills.
A keen eye for detail and commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Knowledge of food safety and service standards.
Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office.
Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.
