Robotics Process Automation& Workflow Management Manager

Core Accountabilities:

• Provide consultation (when required) to business stakeholders & business analysts during the requirements-gathering phase
• Collaborate with teams to identify automation opportunities across various business processes and analyse existing processes, recommend improvements, and drive automation initiatives
• Design and implement RPA solutions and manage the development lifecycle from process assessment to deployment
• Design and implement automation workflows that enhance collaboration, streamline processes, and improve overall productivity
• Utilize low-code/no-code platforms to design, develop, and deploy BPM solutions that automate workflows and enhance collaboration
• Act as a technical project manager responsible for the automation solution’s project planning (finalizing scope, timelines and deliverables), execution (tracking project tasks), and sign-off
• Collaborate with project delivery and control experts to manage the projects, including scoping, resource allocation, budget and progress tracking
• Identify opportunities for integration between automated workflows and existing applications/processes and design/develop the solutions by collaborating with the integration team
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for RPA processes, BPM workflows, and automation projects
• Collaborate with the quality assurance team in validating defects, debugging, and resolving issues for automation solutions
• Monitor the performance of automated processes and BPM solutions, and identify opportunities for process improvement
• Provide user support for automated processes and BPM solutions, and resolve issues to ensure user satisfaction
• Carry out any other tasks requested by the direct manager or the superior that are within the limits of the job, provided that this task does not make a fundamental difference in the basic tasks of the job
