Proven Solution is seeking a highly skilled, visionary, and
dynamic Robotics Education Supervisor to lead and expand our Proven Robotics
Education under the Proven Robotics division.
This role is ideal for a passionate educator and
technologist with a strong background in STEM education, AI, and Robotics, and
a proven ability to develop, manage, and scale educational programs in
collaboration with academic institutions and industry partners.
You will be responsible for strategically designing and
executing an engaging STEM Robotics curriculum, including E-learning modules,
hands-on workshops, and competition-based training programs. This role requires
a mix of program management, curriculum development, business development, and
stakeholder engagement to build a sustainable and impactful robotics education
ecosystem.

Duties & Responsibilities- Lead the end-to-end development and execution of the STEM
Robotics Education Program to meet short-term and long-term goals.
- Develop and implement a structured STEM curriculum,
integrating AI and robotics concepts into hands-on learning experiences.
- Monitor and manage projects, ensuring on-time completion and
alignment with strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with marketing and engineering teams to position
the program for success.
- Establish and manage partnerships with universities,
schools, and other educational institutions to promote STEM robotics education.
- Represent the company as a speaker at conferences,
workshops, and exhibitions, advocating for robotics education.
- Design and develop various STEM Robotics learning methods,
including in-person courses, E-learning courses, and hybrid programs.
- Develop and refine customized training content based on
feedback from parents, educators, and industry experts.
- Develop and implement training programs to prepare students
for STEM competitions, including:
- LEGO robotics competitions (such as First LEGO League - FLL)
- Other international and regional STEM and AI robotics
tournaments
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop engaging
promotional materials for STEM Robotics initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills Required- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, STEM Education, Computer
Science, AI, Robotics, or a related field.
- 4 – 8 years of relevant experience in robotics education,
training, or STEM program management.
- Professional certification in training and development is a
plus.
- Hands-on experience working with students at various levels
(elementary to university).
- Experience with educational robotics kits, programming
tools, and AI applications in STEM education.
- Prior experience coaching teams for LEGO robotics
competitions (such as FLL, WRO, or VEX Robotics) is a plus.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle
multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent leadership, planning, and organizational skills to
drive program success.
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with partners,
educators, and stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal
and written).
- Excellent command of English (written and verbal).
- Willingness to travel across Saudi Arabia and
internationally for program expansion, conferences, and training sessions.
