In this role, you will support project teams by identifying and managing risks effectively, ensuring that potential challenges are addressed proactively to guarantee successful project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Support project delivery teams by providing expert guidance on risk management practices.
- Identify, analyze, and assess risks that could impede the successful delivery of projects.
- Develop and maintain risk registers that document identified risks and mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate closely with project managers and stakeholders to integrate risk management processes into project planning and execution.
- Facilitate risk workshops and meetings to foster a culture of risk awareness among project teams.
- Provide regular updates and reports on the status of risk management activities to senior management.
- Monitor the effectiveness of risk mitigation strategies and recommend adjustments as necessary.
