In the role of Rigger Level 2, you will be responsible for performing advanced rigging tasks and overseeing rigging operations to ensure safety and compliance. Your expertise will be crucial in guiding less experienced riggers and executing complex lifting procedures in challenging environments.

• Perform complex rigging activities, including lifting, moving, and securing heavy equipment and materials
• Supervise and mentor Rigger Level 1 personnel, providing skill enhancement and guidance
• Conduct inspections of rigging equipment and ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Plan and design rigging configurations based on load requirements and site conditions
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure efficient execution of lifting operations
• Maintain accurate records of rigging activities and equipment inspections
• Adhere to safety protocols and actively promote a culture of safety within the team
• Stay updated on industry trends and innovations relevant to rigging practices
