Rigger

Eram Talent, a leading Talent Acquisition Company, is seeking a skilled Rigger to join a prominent organization within the oil and gas sector. The Rigger will be responsible for the safe and efficient rigging of equipment, materials, and personnel as part of various project operations.

• Set up and dismantle rigging equipment, such as hoists, pulleys, and rigging lines according to specifications.
• Ensure all rigging operations are conducted safely and comply with industry standards and regulations.
• Inspect rigging equipment for defects or wear prior to use and maintain proper inventory of rigging materials.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to identify rigging requirements for specific tasks.
• Assist in the training and mentoring of junior riggers and other crew members.
• Monitor and report any safety concerns or incidents to supervisors promptly.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Keep accurate records of rigging tasks performed and any equipment inspections conducted.
