Key Responsibilities:
Patient Care:
Provide expert diagnosis and treatment of rheumatic diseases, including rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, and osteoarthritis.
Develop comprehensive treatment plans and manage complex rheumatic cases.
Offer compassionate and empathetic patient care, addressing their concerns and providing reassurance.
Clinical Leadership:
Lead and mentor junior staff, fostering a positive and supportive learning environment.
Contribute to the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives.
Participate in clinical audits and research projects to advance the field of rheumatology.
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in rheumatology technology and techniques.
Qualifications and Experience:
Essential:
Board certification in Rheumatology
Significant clinical experience in rheumatology
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluency in English (Arabic language skills are advantageous)
Desirable:
Fellowship training in rheumatology
Experience in a multicultural healthcare setting
A passion for teaching and research
