Job Description

The Retail Training Executive plays a crucial role in enhancing the skills and knowledge of retail staff within the fashion and apparel industry. This position is designed for individuals who are passionate about training and development and have a keen interest in retail operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and delivering training programs that improve customer service, product knowledge, and sales techniques. Responsibilities:

  9. Foster a positive learning environment that encourages participation and engagement.
  10. Report on training outcomes and suggest improvements based on performance metrics.
