As the FMCG Retail Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of FMCG sales operations in KSA , including developing sales strategies, building and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
You will leverage your experience in the KSA market to drive business growth and maximise market share.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in FMCG sales, excellent English and computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel, and a proven record of accomplishment of success in a similar role.

Develop and Implement Sales Strategies
Manage Sales Team.
Build and maintain customer relationships.
Market analysis and intelligence.
Sales Forecasting and Planning.
Reporting and Analysis.
Forecasting regional sales targets, evaluating and analysing their sales & marketing performance based on their sales data and trends.
Create new sales regulations that align with the company's end goals.
Portray an active role in promoting the company's products at events like tradeshows to increase the market share.
Create favourable sales opportunities by formulating an effective distribution strategy.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in FMCG sales, with a proven record of accomplishment of success in the KSA market.
Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
Excellent English language skills to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement sales strategies, drive business growth, and achieve sales targets.
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and partners.
