You have a proven experience in retail industry, an entrepreneurial mindset, and strong analytical skills. You are organized, curious, positive, and reliable, with a strong communication and interpersonal skills, while also being results and client-driven, striving for excellence.
Reporting to the Head of Retail, you will interact constantly with key stakeholders, including retail, finance, training, operations, HR, CRM, and marketing. You will analyze trends, formulate insights, and deliver reports and standard dashboards to monitor the performance, ultimately driving and growing the business. To that extent, you will:
Consolidate sales reporting and forecast for retail KSA network Provide frequent quantitative and qualitative analyses of individual sales team performance Calculate and verify commissions for boutique staff and communicate packages to relevant teams Contribute to the conception phases and rollout of regional projects, ensuring local specificities are considered Collaborate with retail operation teams to implement performance-related programs
