Job Description

SUMMARY OF THE ROLE


As Retail Marketing Executive, you will be responsible to manage and develop Jotun’s retail concept by implementing initiatives towards customers in line with regional priorities and direction to support and enhance Jotun’s brand and products presence in the marketplace.
This position is based in Riyadh & will report to the Retail Development Manager

Responsibilities:


  • Execute promotional activities (Master Painter, Painter’s activations, Loyalty Program) and planning for training, events to increase sales, Jotun brand awareness and footfall on our shop network.


  • Conduct regular market visits and lead market evaluation on successful implementation of Retail Programs in the local market, Supervise the retail development activities of different projects.


  • Develop and oversee all retail development training programs by monitoring and following up on the “Jotun Way”, “Paint Academy” and “Introduction to Jotun” seminars in order provide the best customer experience.


  • Daily and continuous management of Master Painter App with all its related details from front and backends.


  • Organize sales product training for all the retail network staff by organizing post product launch events to ensure that Jotun product features are effectively conveyed to the end-users.


  • Coordinate with the regional retail development team in developing and implementation of regional promotional programs and retail development training for Painters.

Qualification:


  • Bachelor’s degree.  Marketing is preferable.  


  • 4 - 6 years of relevant experience in Retail Marketing function.


  • Fluency in Arabic & English – both verbally and written.
