Job Description

Sales and Performance Management:


• Drive sales through effective management of sales force.

• Is capable of providing sales analytics.

• Capable of providing SMART KPI's for reporting employees.


Customer Service Excellence:


• Ensure the team delivers exceptional customer service that is synonymous with luxury and fashion brands.

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints gracefully, ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Build and maintain relationships with VIP clients and ensure their needs are met.


Inventory and Merchandising:


• Oversee inventory management.

• Ensure merchandise is in line of organization, brand, and visual merchandising standards & guidelines.


Staff Management and Development:


• Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of staff.

• Must have necessary skill set for management of all key personnel.


Marketing and Events:


• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute all related activities.

• Engage with the local fashion community to increase brand presence and attract new customers.

• Provide necessary guidance for marketing for omnichannel, social media and other digital platforms to enhance the corporate profile.


Operational Excellence:


• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.

• Has financial basis for management of budgetary constraints.

• Has knowledge in regulatory, health and safety regulations.


Trend Awareness and Industry Knowledge:


• Is informed about luxury trends and market dynamics.

• Must attend related shows and trade events to keep up with industry developments.

• Educate the team on product knowledge, including materials, care instructions, and brand history.


Qualifications and Requirements


• University bachelor's degree in business administration or any relevant field is a must.

• Proven experience as a Retail Manager in the Watches, Jewelry, and luxury sectors. Fashion is a plus.

• Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire a team.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Deep understanding of the luxury market and customer service excellence.

• Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing market conditions.

• Knowledge of inventory management software and point of sale (POS) systems.
