Job Description

The Retail Malls Leasing Executive plays a crucial role in the retail and real estate industry, focusing on leasing spaces within shopping malls. This position is ideal for individuals with a strong background in retail leasing and a passion for creating vibrant shopping environments. The executive will be responsible for driving occupancy rates and ensuring that the mall meets its financial targets through effective leasing strategies. The role demands a blend of negotiation skills, market analysis, and relationship management to attract and retain high-quality tenants.

Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct market research to identify potential tenants and understand market trends.
  2. Develop and implement leasing strategies to maximize occupancy rates in the mall.
  3. Negotiate lease agreements with prospective tenants, ensuring favorable terms for the company.
  4. Maintain strong relationships with existing tenants to encourage renewals and address any concerns.
  5. Prepare and present leasing proposals to management and stakeholders.
  6. Collaborate with marketing teams to promote available retail spaces effectively.
  7. Monitor competitor activities and adjust leasing strategies accordingly.
  8. Assist in the development of budgets and forecasts related to leasing performance.
  9. Attend industry events and networking opportunities to build relationships and promote the mall.
  10. Provide regular reports on leasing activities and market conditions to management.
