A little taste of your day-to-day:
Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
- Driving the guest experience through service quality.
- Implementation and maintenance of brand standards.
- Implementation of quality assurance programs .
- Implementation and compliance of the Company’s Fire, Life and Safety requirements.
- Assists Restaurant Manager with compilation of new food or beverage menus.
- Manages daily operation of restaurants.
- Maintains database (email) of restaurants clients.
- Reviews checklists to maintain high standard of cleanliness.
- Implementation and maintenance of standard operating procedures.
What We need from you:
- Graduation or intermediate level of qualification.
- Completion of degree of certification in the Hospitality Industry.
- 1 years experience as Restaurant Supervisor .
- Fluent in English language and Arabic is preferable
