1. Manage and supervise all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff management, customer service, food quality, and cleanliness.
2. Monitor and analyze sales and performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase revenue and enhance customer satisfaction.
3. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food handling standards, and company policies and procedures.
4. Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency.
5. Build and maintain strong customer relationships, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a memorable dining experience.
6. Collaborate with the general manager or operations manager to implement company initiatives and achieve operational objectives.
7. Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and implement training and development programs for staff members.
8. Manage inventory levels, including stock management, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste.
