Job Summary: Oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional customer service. You will lead the team, manage inventory, and optimize profitability while maintaining high food quality. Responsibilities
Supervise and guide the team to achieve the highest quality and service standards.
Develop innovative strategies to increase revenue and achieve operational objectives.
Monitor financial performance and prepare reports for senior management.
Ensure compliance with health standards and restaurant operation standards in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Lead expansion plans for the brand and open new branches.
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in restaurant management and operations, with proven experience in managing specialty burger restaurant chains.
In-depth knowledge of the Saudi market requirements and restaurant operation standards.
High ability to work under pressure and efficiently manage diverse teams.
