Job Overview:
Our client is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join their team in Tarout, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food and beverage industry, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of successfully managing a restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, ensuring high-quality food and service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere.
- Train, mentor, and motivate staff to provide exceptional customer service and uphold company standards.
- Create and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control to ensure efficient operations and minimize waste.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Monitor and analyze financial reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.
