Role Overview:
The Restaurant Manager will lead the daily operations of a high-end dining venue within a prestigious 5-star hotel, ensuring an exceptional guest experience and seamless service. This position requires a dynamic, experienced leader who can oversee staff, optimize processes, and maintain the highest standards of food quality, ambiance, and service. Key Responsibilities:
1. Guest Experience & Service Excellence:
- Ensure an impeccable dining experience by upholding high standards of service quality, hospitality, and ambiance.
- Engage with guests to receive feedback, resolve any concerns, and enhance satisfaction.
- Implement best practices for personalized service that caters to a diverse, international clientele.
2. Operational Management:
- Oversee all aspects of daily operations, including reservations, staffing, and inventory management.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth operations, timely service, and food safety standards.
- Monitor and manage restaurant supplies, working with suppliers for cost-effective and quality products.
3. Team Leadership & Training:
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of service professionals to maintain a cohesive, guest-focused environment.
- Conduct training sessions to enhance team members’ knowledge of service standards, food and beverage offerings, and customer service skills.
- Create and foster a positive work culture that encourages collaboration, respect, and continuous improvement.
4. Financial Management:
- Develop budgets, monitor expenses, and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets and cost-efficiency.
- Analyze sales data, implement promotional strategies, and drive initiatives to boost guest engagement and revenue.
- Work with the finance team to conduct monthly P&L reviews and identify areas for improvement.
5. Compliance & Quality Assurance:
- Ensure compliance with all hotel policies, health and safety regulations, and local licensing requirements.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends and integrate relevant best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
Skills & Qualifications Required:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a managerial role within a high-end or luxury dining establishment, preferably in a 5-star hotel.

- Customer Service Excellence: Strong focus on creating memorable guest experiences and addressing diverse guest needs.
