## **Responsibilities:**
- Manage the daily operations of the building.
- Communicate with tenants and resolve their issues.
- Coordinate maintenance and deal with suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with legal standards.
It’s preferred for a candidate, if he has skills, to handle housekeeping works, and the light maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, fixing leaks, and performing basic appliance repairs. These duties help maintain the property and ensure a comfortable living environment.
## **Requirements:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Hospitality.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in property management.
- Excellent communication skills.
