Oversee the commissioning and testing of building systems and infrastructure to ensure functional performance and compliance with project requirements.
Provide training and mentorship to junior engineers, site staff, and construction workers to enhance their skills, knowledge, and safety awareness.
Implement environmental sustainability practices and initiatives throughout the construction project to minimize the project's impact on the environment.
Prepare and present project progress reports, budget analyses, and risk assessments to senior management and project stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
Essential Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Professional Engineer (P.E.) license preferred.
Proven experience as a Resident Engineer or similar role in construction projects, with a focus on educational facilities preferred.
In-depth knowledge of construction management processes, building codes, and industry standards.
