We are seeking an experienced Reservations Manager to join our team and lead the Reservations Department. Reporting to the Director of Revenue, you will work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and other Rooms Departments to maximize room yield through effective inventory control while delivering exceptional customer service in line with Hyatt’s Brand Standards. Your role will align with Hyatt International’s Corporate Strategies and brand standards, while meeting the expectations of employees, guests, and owners.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Oversee the daily operations of the Reservations Department, ensuring compliance with hotel and corporate policies.
  • Manage room inventory and pricing strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy.
  • Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to implement promotions and revenue-generating strategies.
  • Ensure the highest level of guest service is delivered in all reservation-related interactions.
  • Ensure pre-arrival guest preferences are obtained and communicated to various departments.
  • Train, mentor, and develop the Reservations team to ensure efficiency and excellent customer service.
  • Monitor and analyze reservation trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key travel agents, corporate clients, and third-party booking platforms.
  • Ensure accurate and efficient handling of all reservations, modifications, and cancellations.

  • A university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
  • A minimum of 2 years of work experience as a Reservations Manager, Front Office Manager, or Assistant Front Office Manager in a larger operation.
  • Strong problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on team development.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards of service.
  • A commitment to delivering a seamless booking experience and maximizing revenue.
