The Reservation agents handles the requests from guests, companies and travel agents via phone and other platforms. He/She needs to ensure booking information are input accurately into the reservation system, and maintain and update room availability on online booking platforms.
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Assisting with their bookings
Making reservations based on dates and rates available
Answer guest calls and emails promptly
Upselling rooms & cross-selling hotel various departments
Promotes hotel services
Assists reservations supervisor
Make sure reservations are properly filed and maintained Reservations quality check
- Prior use of Opera
- Experience in front office and or reservations
- Ideally Arabic speaking
