Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Reservations Agent to assist customers with booking reservations for travel, accommodation, or events. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and be able to provide excellent customer service.
Job Responsibility:
- Assist customers in making reservations over the phone, email, or online platforms
- Provide information about available options, prices, and policies
- Confirm bookings and send confirmation details to customers
- Handle any changes or cancellations to existing reservations
- Resolve any customer issues or complaints related to reservations
Candidate Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Hospitality is a plus
- Proven experience in a customer service role
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using reservation software and Microsoft Office suite
