Research Executive - Customer Experience Research Team



Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia


Are you passionate about research and looking to start your career with one of the world’s leading market research companies? The Customer Experience Research team at Kantar is looking for a Research Executive to support top global clients across diverse markets. This is a Riyadh-based regional role that empowers you to take responsibility for delivering client projects.


Responsibilities


  • Research thinking & Design: Accountable for appraising client briefs to understand clients needs and business objectives; demonstrating research & critical thinking to produce effective proposals, methodology, sample design and research instruments (with the support of a senior where applicable)
  • Excellent Delivery: (Analysis & Reporting) Unwavering commitment to outstanding and punctual client deliverables. Engaging effectively in brainstorm sessions, thorough & accurate analysis, well structured & thought-out report writing, etc.
  • Project management: Manage project delivery cycle from start to end; supervising key project activities and milestones, collaborating with other teams as needed to ensure accurate, timely, and high-quality deliverables to client
  • Client Management: Day to day client interaction and relationship building, understanding research & delivery needs, proactive and responsive communication & consistent and timely delivery
  • Teamwork & collaboration: Effective team member who demonstrates a strong spirit of collaboration, openness towards people of different cultures, and a proactive attitude to build relationships with / consult with internal experts, teams and markets beyond one's own.
  • Inquisitiveness & Open Mind: A curiosity to learn, explore new ideas and ways of doing things; proactively make use of abundant learning material and resources to progress own learning and development.
  • Managing Clientele and Accounts: For all Customer Experience (Quantitative) research both in KSA and UAE.

The skills & experience you'll need


  • Role open to Saudi Nationals Only
  • Good understanding of Quantitative market research. Interest in Customer Experience is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Statistics, Mathematics, Science, Psychology, Sociology, Journalism, Commerce, Marketing or any relevant field of study
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic, both writing and speaking, is essential.
  • Organization and time management skills – self-motivated in a fast-paced environment and able to effectively manage workload and deliverables while ensuring work is exemplary
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Working mostly virtually with team members based in Dubai, whilst working 3 days a week from your local Riyadh office. Your line manager will regularly visit the Riyadh office.
